Our why
Our WHY is rooted in experiences.
As a BIPOC led consulting agency, our experiences with systems, social organizations, and government institutions have been rooted in systemic racism.
We aim to dismantle this by helping those same systems understand the needs and experiences of those they serve, while empowering their clients and target demographic to help lead the solutions.
Our model in action
AIP has successfully collaborated with Build 2 Lead and Federal Way Public Schools. Using our model, AIP was able to highlight the voices of 2000 students in public school, created effective climate reports, and used youth listening sessions to build initiatives that directly impact the community.
